Easy ways to help you recover from stress

We are all familiar with the concept of "being stressed". Unfortunately for some, it can be all too common an occurrence.

But have you ever noticed how some people are more frequently in this physical state and how some people are able to let things slide like water off a duck's back and

RECOVER FROM STRESS

more quickly?

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

One of the things that I know to be true of myself is that if I can understand something, it is easier to deal with or to process. Now, don't get me wrong, that is not to say I am super-chilled all the time because I'm not.

As a successful estate agent, Anna Hart knows a thing or two about how stressful a house move can be, and of course - there is a multitude of other things that can cause physical worry - from being late to an appointment to a family dispute to money worries.

None of us is immune to stress because we need an element of it in our lives for our bodies to function in a healthy way.

Some time ago, she invited me to discuss stress with her; the ways in which it affects our bodies, and

5 WAYS

in which we can help ourselves move through it in a proactive and productive way.

Messy desks and cluttered spaces can bring about stressful thoughts

I know I don't have to tell you how prevalent these kinds of situations are, so I really hope this might be helpful for you.

Yoga is not the only thing I do.

I have to tell ya, I have a wealth of things in my toolkit that I know can absolutely help you because I’m not just that hippy, woo-woo girl who does yoga under the moonlight.

With my research and background in anatomy & physiology, relaxation, yoga, pleasure, and wellness, I am plugging LOADS of useful resources into the remote yoga studio area of my website which could definitely help if you’re experiencing any feelings of stress - regardless of the situations that are causing those feelings.

I am also planning some targeted workshops to help navigate tough times like these - whether you happen to be into yoga or not. Please tell me if this would be useful for you.

If you know somebody who has a stressful job or life situation, you might want to forward this information and tell them to watch this space for forthcoming news of some super helpful events.

Tell me how stress affects you in your body; do any of these things resonate for you? Comment below or get in touch on the socials (links below), email me or please feel very welcome to forward this to somebody who might benefit.
