Still Here, Still Stretchy
After a long blog pause (and a studio sunset), I'm back — still teaching, still stretchy, and still helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more sparkly. Here's a little hello and what's been happening behind the scenes.
Well now. It’s been a minute.
(OK, it’s been many minutes. And months. And possibly a couple of years.)
The last time I posted a blog, I was saying goodbye to my beloved Hucknall studio — a place full of heart, peaceful vibes, more than occasional giggles, and a whole lot of healing. Since then, life has moved. So have I. And if you’re anything like most of the women I work with, you probably have too — often at full speed, often for everyone else.
But I never stopped teaching, sharing, or showing up — just in different ways. My virtual yoga studio, Elevate, has been quietly doing its thing online. I've also created two juicy little courses — Dealing with Stress (because life) and Yoga for Sex (because YES please).
And now, I'm finally feeling ready to write again.
Because isn't it funny,
once yoga is in your life, it never really leaves does it?
House moves, studies, deep bereavement, almost adult children, holidays, challenging experiences, exciting projects - yoga, meditation and the philosophy that I love is still home in me - perhaps it is for you too. Another thing that has never left me is my love for writing.
So this is just a very short hello. A toe back in the bloggy waters. If you're looking to feel stronger, more relaxed, and a little more sparkly, I'm still right here — in stretchy pants, with a cuppa, ready to share.
Thanks for sticking around.
All my love,
Enjoyed this? You can buy me a coffee to say thanks. It keeps the blog going. It also makes me do a lil’ happy dance of joy that my words have landed.
