6 week yoga courses. Exciting things afoot!
I am so excited about my new yoga courses beginning in September and I'm loving being stuck into my lesson planning and sequencing. I'm so keen for the courses to help you gain a richer depth to your yoga practice and a greater awareness of just how amazing our human body is.
I am so excited about my new yoga courses beginning in September and I'm loving being stuck into my lesson planning and sequencing. I have lists, post-it notes and textbooks-a-plenty strewn across my office floor alongside many empty teacups. I'm so keen for the courses to help you gain a richer depth to your yoga practice and a greater awareness of just how amazing our human body is.
Booking closes on 27Aug17 and if you're thinking about joining in, I wouldn't delay because I've been so surprised at how quickly the spaces are filling up, I just love the yogafam community that we have going on here!
Please do have a look at the pricing options and if you have any questions, drop me a line and I'll be happy to help.
(I am also running pregnancy and postnatal yoga courses beginning in September, so if you know of anyone who might be interested, please share the love!)
Enjoyed this? You can buy me a coffee to say thanks. It keeps the blog going. It also makes me do a lil’ happy dance of joy that my words have landed.
